Selmer Student Clarinet Bb (B flat), Series 10 S (1977) with case (without keys) Made of ebony Level: Student to Intermediate C4479 The clarinet has been well used and is in good condition. Bought second hand around 1985. It has two barrels (short and long) and a B45 Vandoren mouthpiece which has few tooth indentations. Includes hard case, cork grease, and microfiber cloth. Reeds not included (as already used). No swab. The case has a foam partition which has collapsed between the mouthpiece and the upper joint but this never caused me any problems during transport. I had it checked and evaluated by a woodwind specialist. Professionally evaluated at around £800. There are two very small cracks which were already repaired when purchased, and never caused any problems: - one inside the tall barrel, barely visible. - one on the upper joint, from the Eb trill key to the top The clarinet would benefit to be repaded. Pickup only, no return accepted.
